Education
The course has to have prior knowledge in college-level Algebra, fluency in the English language and good practice with computers since it's an online course. In the prerequisites, it is recommended to take up a course on algebra & problem solving, offered by the same university. The students are made to check their initial knowledge and will be placed in the ALEKS learning and practice software according to it.
Certification qualifying details
The candidates will be rewarded with academic credit eligibility and a course certificate on Precalculus, upon the completion of the course. Only the upgraded and verified track account holders are eligible for the certification and other benefits. Candidates who need to achieve 90% proficiency in each course objective will grant access to three practice exams that prepare them for the final examination. The candidates need to attend and score above 70% in the proctored final examination in order to gain the certification as well as credit eligibility. Candidates with below 70% will not be awarded any grades.

Step: 2- Sign up in edX using any of your existing social accounts or create an account with proper details.
Step: 3- Verify the account after clicking the confirmation link sent to your registered email ID.
Step: 4- After verification, enroll in the course you want by clicking on the ‘Enroll’ option.
Step: 5- In order to continue the audit, just click on the option, Audit the course. Otherwise, click on Upgrade to become a verified track user.
Step: 6 - Complete the necessary fee payment using any suitable online payment options.
Step: 7 - After the payment, the complete registration is done and will grant you the complete benefits of the course including certification.

The final examination will be accessed by the only ID-verified account holders and should have a compatible computer with installed Procter software along with a webcam and microphone.
