1: What tools or software are required for the course?

Participants need a desktop or laptop computer with the appropriate software installed to complete their assignments. Adobe CC is the recommended software for such courses, however, alternatives are available.

2: What is audit access?

The participants, who only wish to read and view the course content, can take up audit access to the course. Audit access is given for free by Coursera.

3: What is included in the Specialization?

After enrolling in the Specialization, access is given to all the courses in the specialization and certificate upon completion of the course. The electronic certificate is added to the Accomplishments page.

4: Can the videos be downloaded for offline viewing for the Web Design: Strategy and Information Architecture online course?

If the participants wish to watch videos without an internet connection, they can download the video files. They can also download the subtitles of the video as a transcript file to read.

5: Is ID verification compulsory?
