Hey,
You don't have mentioned your category in your question. So I'm considering you as a General-UR candidate.
It's obvious that without officially released cut-off details of CUCET exam, we can't make any accurate comment regarding the exact cut-off informations of any college.
Still after analysing the previous year's cut-off informations minutely, I can assure you that you've definite probability to get admission in your desirable college, Central University, Haryana with this marks in Biotechnology department, because according to the 2019's informations the last qualifying marks for MSc Biotechnology in this eminent institution was 56 where in this year your expected marks is 50.
You can also check the following website to ensure my assumption: https://university.careers360.com/articles/cucet-cutoff

Hello Deepak
According to our record statistics it is showing that the cutoff percentile for MSc Chemistry in Central University of Haryana indeed is negative. One of the reasons for this is the fact that the university is not popular yet and not many applicants had applied to this university so at the end whoever has applied got the seats hence the less cutoff. Another reason might be that not a lot of people, specially in Haryana, go for Masters hence the seats tend to remain vacant.
