Area of Specialization: Slope Stability analysis/ Ground improvement/Environmental Geo-technology and Earthquake Geotechnical engineering, Hydrological Modeling/Irrigation System Management/Soft Computing/Urban Flood Modelling and Management/Watershed Management, Optimal Reservoir Operation, Flood Hazard Planning and Management, Flood Forecasting, Hydrological Modeling of Watershed, Remote sensing and GIS Applications in hydrology and water resources planning and management. Multivariate Statistical Analysis, Machine Learning Models and Data Mining, Soft Computing Methods in Hydrology, Climate Change and Climate Variability, Climate Change impacts on Water Resources, Drought Assessment, Application of RS and GIS in the field of Watershed Management.
