Master of Technology in Computer Science Technology is two years full time course degree offered by Central University of Punjab, Bathinda and AICTE.

The Centre for Computer Science and Technology offers admission to M.Tech. programme in Computer Science and Technology and in Cyber Security.The objective of the programme is to impart advanced computer technology education to bridge the gap between industry and academia. The centre has well equipped state of the art Software Laboratory, Cyebr Security and Research Laboratory for academics and research purposes. The unique environment of the centre encourages interdisciplinary research to solve problems beyond the scope of a single discipline. The aim of the centre is to focus on various research areas like wireless networks and their security, cloud computing, mobile computing, software engineering and image processing.

Eligibility Criteria

B.Tech. / B.E. in Computer Science and Engineering / Information Technology / Electronics / Electronics & Communication or an equivalent degree in an appropriate area/branch from a recognized Indian or foreign University/ Graduates (AMIETE/AMIE) from Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE) in Computer Science & Engineering

M.Sc. (Computer Science/Information Technology) or an equivalent degree in an appropriate area from a recognized Indian or foreign University

MCA from a recognized Indian or foreign university or equivalent and with minimum 55% marks or 6.0 CGPA {50% Marks or 5.5 CGPA for SC/ST/OBC (NCL)/PWD}

College Infrastructure

Infrastructure is spread across 20 acres. All facilities like lab for computer practical, library, modern classroom is available and well functional with regular maintenance. Computers in labs are having very high specifications which is outstanding.

College Infrastructure

The infrastructure is really great, provides a lot of facilities and the maintenance is done regularly. The campus has a full fledged hospital inside with all the specialised departments and amenities.
