About CMI Chennai
The Chennai Mathematical Institute was established in the year 1989 as a part of SPIC Science Foundation. It has become an autonomous institution since 1996. Maths, Computer Science, and physics are the main areas in which the research is conducted. CMI Chennai courses are offered to students at undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels.
The Chennai Mathematical Institute courses include B.Sc (Hons), M.Sc, and PhD courses. The CMI Chennai offers various streams in Maths, Computer Science, Physics, and Data Science are the courses are offered. College Infrastructure
The infrastructure is well set up and maintained. The management does a good job at taking feedback from students about the facilities and takes appropriate measures when necessary. The classrooms are smart board enabled and the internet connectivity is good too. Food tastes average but it is clean.

It has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipments. The campus is very safe to the students. Here all students have 24 hour access to Computer lab equipped with HIgh speed Wi-Fi, library, etc. It has multiple discussion areas where students can gather in a group of three or four and study together without any disturbance.
