The minor and major cannabinoids, full-spectrum versus broad-spectrum extracts, distillates, isolates, and nano-encapsulated cannabinoids, as well as their applications, will be discussed. Students will also gain knowledge about THC remediation and understand how these processing methods relate to the environmental and economic benefits as well as the challenges that a hemp industry could bring to the United States. Newly emerging cannabis-sourcing technologies such as biomimetics, fermentations, and catalytic enzyme conversions will also be discussed.

Candidates can choose to enroll in the free audit track which is only for limited access or they can choose and upgrade to the paid version which is called the verified track.
