About Dr Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli
Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli was established by the Government of Maharashtra on May 18, 1972, in order to provide Agricultural Education, Research and Extension in Konkan in the state of Maharashtra. The university is also known as DBSKKV. The university was formerly known as Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth and later on in 2001, on February 12, it was renamed to Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth, Dapoli. The university also has research centres and the Regional Fruit Research Station, Vengurle and Regional Agricultural Research are among the main research centres of DBSKKV. Thane, Palghar, Bandra, Raigad, Karjat, Mumbai, Repoli, Panvel, Shriwardhan are the North Konkan Coastal Zone jurisdictions of DBSKKV, whereas Ratnagiri Wakawali, Zadgaon, Shirgaon, Bhatye, Awashi, Sindhudurg, Phondaghat, Dapoli, Rameshwar, Vengurle, Nileli, and Mulde are the South Konkan Coastal Zone jurisdictions of the university.

Dr. Balasaheb Sawant Konkan Krishi Vidyapeeth (Dr. BSKKV) offers B.Tech., B.Sc., B.F.Sc., M.Tech., M.Sc., M.F.Sc. and PhD courses. Admission to UG courses is based on prior qualifying marks, while PG courses require MCAER PG CET. Admission to PhD programmes is based on the Ph.D. Common Entrance Test (CET) and marks in the qualifying postgraduate degree exam. Some seats are also filled through the ICAR AIEEA exam. The varsity provides well-equipped libraries, hostels, canteens, gymnasiums, and medical facility to its students. The Dr. BSKKValso have a placemnt cell which provides job opportunities to students.

the college has up to date infrastructure, the infrastructure provided is enough for the students and fulfill all their educational requirements. the class rooms are equipped with digital boards and other equipments. coming towards laboratories which are also well maintained and have all the necessary equipments required to conduct and meet the experiment requirements. talking about the library, it is among the largest library with a vast range of books and other educational material available for the students, the library also has a digital version and it helps with providing a digital access to the students with many aspects.

College Infrastructure
Infrastructure is decent the classroom is good the facilities is also decent college have libraries hostel facilities sports centres for doing agriculture course you can consider this college, and the equipments that they provide for agriculture course they also available for students.
Overall experience is good and satisfying.
