72 MonthsOur PhD program is specially designed by our Futurist Vice Chancellor to push the boundary of knowledge across disciplines with a special emphasis on research that creates a meaningful impact on the society and the globe. It is a four-six year full time course, supported by a broad pedagogical structure and with possibility of Teaching Assistantship. A strong foundation and original contribution to knowledge in a chosen area of interest is expected from PhD graduates of DYPIU, who will be at a synergy of teaching and research.

Eligibility Criteria
The Candidates must be passed the postgraduate course with a related stream from a recognized university.
Admission Details
Admission to the Ph.D. program is through an institutional entrance exam/interview or both as decided by the University Selection Committee. The date of the entrance exam/interview will be intimated to the students. The students who have cleared any of the national level examinations like CSIR JRF/ICMR JRF/DBT JRF/ICAR JRF can get admissions after the interview and discussions before a selection committee. At the time of admission, students can discuss their research interests.
