The Introduction to Process Mining with ProM course is being imparted by FutureLearn to provide the learners an understanding of process mining. This course has been developed by Eindhoven University of Technology, it is a design-oriented and research-driven university of technology. Process mining integrates business process management along with data science.
Taking the Introduction to Process Mining with ProM classes will teach the participants how to use a free, open source process mining framework to visualize, analyze, and improve processes based on data.

The Introduction to Process Mining with ProM syllabus has been divided into weeks. Each week has certain activities consisting of short steps which the participants can complete according to their time schedule.
Participants are required to submit assignments that will be reviewed by other learners. Participants cannot edit their assignments once they have submitted them.
Participants will receive an email notification informing them about their assignment review. They can see the review in the reflection step which is one or two steps after assignment review.
