Admission Details
Leadership and Change Management (Online) is a nomination-based certificate programme. A nomination can be self-sponsored or organisation-sponsored in nature. It will be necessary for all the nominees to duly-fill the online nomination form. In the case of sponsored nomination, relevant sections in the online nomination form will have to be filled by the sponsor organisation. Upon completion of filling the required details, the nominees will be required to submit their application and remit the Leadership and Change Management course fees through the online payment link. All the nominations will be scrutinised and reviewed thoroughly by the programme faculty. The selected nominees will be notified about their acceptance in the Leadership and Change Management certification by the Executive Education Office, via a formal letter of acceptance. In case of the unapproved nominations, the programme fees will be refunded to the concerned individual or sponsor organisation.

Evaluation process
The Leadership and Change Management (Online) Programme will use a mix of conventional and technology-powered tools of teaching-learning. The participants must fulfil the minimum requirement of 80% attendance, in order to qualify for the certificate of participation which will be issued by the Institute upon successful completion of the programme.
It must be noted that leave of absence for any of the Leadership and Change Management certification sessions will only be permitted to the participant after a prior formal approval received from the programme faculty chair.
The Leadership and Change Management certification link does not mention any information regarding any test or exam which will be conducted in the course of the programme duration.
