Dear Aspirant,
At your score there is no chance that you get a call from IIM B, the reason being your low score in both 10th and 12th and low cat Percentile. At your score and past acads you will not get a call from any IIM.
I suggest you must prepare again and try to score 99 percentile to get calls from new IIMs and 98 percentile to get a call from baby IIMs, but make sure to get work ex too in this period as work ex will be advantageous for converting a call.
For IIM B, you will never get a calll as your past acads are not good.
Thank you.
Hi Jateen,
Yes, provided you have a decent percentile in the common admissions test(CAT) too. You have a decent profile but still there are lots of other factors which govern whether you'll be gettin a call from the top IIMs or not like which company did you work for, if the company is one in which the selection rate is less or the selection criteria is hard, which college you did your undergraduate degree from, which course did you pursue and many other factors which play a role.
You can follow the link below for more information https://bschool.careers360.com/articles/iim-admission-criteria
You can reach out to us for more information regarding admissions entrance tests etc.
Hope it helps.
Thanks.
If you consider the annual package of Indian institute of management Bangalore then it is around 24 lacs per annum this is referred as CTC.
The actual salary given monthly is not actually CTC / 12 but it is complicated and vary from company to company. In CTC many companies include bonus that is given one time others include performance bonus and other benefits but the actual monthly salary given out is around 1to 1.5 lacs per month which even gets shot after tax so you can assume it would be around 1 lacs per month post tax
your chances of getting a call from IIM Bangalore is very low because of your percentage score in 10th and 12th however there are certain IIM which have higher chances you main expect a call from the following IIM.
IIM Jammu IIM Udaipur IIM Trichy IIM Raipur IIM Rohtak IIM Kashipur IIM Ranchi IIM Bodhgaya IIM sumbalpur IIM Amritsar
Hello Vivek
As you mentioned your academics score and it is good but at 99 percentile in CAT,you have a lot more chance to get calls from top IIMs like IIM Ahmedabad,IIM Bangalore,IIM Calcutta,IIM Lucknow and IIM Indore. But there is one drawback that you are fresher and you dont have any previous job background which can be a problem for you. So,yes you will surely get call from top IIMs at 99 percentile because it is very good marks.
Hope This Helps
Best Of Luck!!
Hello
Your academics marks is very low,and that may affect on your chances of getting calls from some best colleges.Talking about the IIM Bangalore, sorry but you can't get call from IIM Bangalore because of your academics marks and also your CAT percentile does not meet the sufficient marks. The expected cut off of IIM Bangalore is 98+ percentile with good academics marks and also work experience also matters.
But,don't worry,if you want some good colleges, there are some colleges where academics marks does not matter much, you can check about those colleges here
Hope This Help
Best Of Luck!!

Hi Shashank,
In IIM Bangalore it is mandatory that you stay in the hostel for first year of MBA. After that in 2nd year you have the option of either staying in the hostel premises or you can stay outside off-campus. You have to make your own arrangements on your own cost if you are staying outside the campus.
This college provides free Wi-Fi, laboratories, and 24X7 library. The internships are great to understand what field is the best for students, and they can also earn money while they are ATIT. The campus library is one of the best features of this college, and as a voracious reader, I spend the majority of my time there.
The course is of MCA in the CSE department with highly accommodated and advanced labs available. computers are in larger numbers for practicing the coding purpose and it will be helpful for the students. Mess is not okay because food is not up to the mark. The canteen is smaller and a health care center is available.
Our college offers addition campus environment classrooms are functional but might like a moderate amenities the libraries reported to be adequate clean hygienic through students get Wi-Fi in the class hour the canteen facilities is really good.
