Eligibility Criteria
Certification Qualifying Details
Candidates who want to opt for the certification will only be qualified to receive it if they score more than 40% in both their weekly assignments and final exam each. Weekly assignments have a 25% weightage and the final exam will have the remaining 75%. The exam will be conducted online at test centers.

Step 3: The ‘Join’ icon will take the applicants to the registration page where they can register with either their Google, Facebook, or Microsoft accounts or register as a new user on Swayam’s platform as well.

Professor Rahul De will be instructing this program to the students. He is also the HP chair-professor in ICT for sustainable economic development at IIM, Banglore.
A reference book for this course could be MIS: Managing Information Systems in business, government and society by Rahul De, however, the course does not need any book references.
The applicants are required to pass the weekly assignments and their proctored exam at the final part of the course, both with a minimum 40% score, to qualify for the certificate.
The final proctored exam will have a 75% weightage in the course and will be conducted in a nearby exam center of the candidates. The exam will be taken on a computer and may have MCQs, fill the blanks, or essay types questions.
The course belongs to the postgraduate level of education. However, it does not have too many technical details so even the applicants with basic computer knowledge can join it without a problem.
