The course shall provide study material that is videos and reading materials, course assessment(s), and discussion forums.
The course shall have graded and ungraded assessments. There shall be five graded assessments which shall be multiple-choice questions. The assessment score shall contribute to the final score of the course.
The course shall provide video transcripts in Hindi and English language.
Participants can complete their identity verification by taking a picture of their identification card and themselves from a smartphone or computer.
Participants can activate their account using the link sent on their email post-registration.
Participants will get a refund after they unenroll from the course in 14 days of course purchase or course starts.
Candidates can be approved for financial assistance a maximum of five times in a year.
Participants can apply for financial assistance before the deadline for upgrading to a verified course. The deadline differs from course to course.
