Services Marketing: Concepts & Applications course by edX has been built by experienced faculty to give the learners exposure to the various concepts of marketing services. New services are being introduced regularly and many of them have changed the industry and economy.
This course will equip the learners to analyse the opportunities and challenges faced in marketing and managing services. They will learn about the features of services and their implications on design, conceptualization, delivery, the importance of coordinated organizational effort through marketing, operations in delivering superior service, human resources, and the practices across business models and industries. They will be able to apply the frameworks and models in diverse service contexts through industry-relevant examples and research.
The self-paced course on services marketing concepts can be pursued in two varied tracks, namely, the paid and free. In the paid track, the candidates will be rendered unlimited access while in the free track, they will have only limited access to the programme.
