Eligibility Criteria
Education
The course is open for all, although having an undergraduate degree in English/Literature is recommended. Apart from this, the skill to read and understand stories and the nature of characters should be present in the candidate. The course would become simple if the candidate has a good relationship with reading and books.
Certification Qualifying Details
Unlike other courses offered by Swayam, The Essence of Leadership: Explorations from Literature Course does not offer any assignments to gain any score in obtaining the certification. The candidate’s eligibility in obtaining the certification is entirely based on the final examination. They have to score at least 40 percent of the total marks. The grading system takes place based on marks obtained by the candidate. If they score more than 85 percent, they’ll be awarded a Grade A certificate. If the scores are between 60, 50, and 40 percent, they’re awarded Grade B, Grade C, and Grade D certificates respectively.
Unfortunately, if the candidate fails to score more or equal to 40% in the examination, they become ineligible for qualification.
