Good Luck!

Hey,

The candidates have to appear for the Aptitude Test and obtain minimum qualifying marks as per the cut off that will be prepared by IIM Indore. Only those candidates who qualify the Aptitude Test will be allowed to appear for Written Ability Test (WAT) and Personal Interview (PI).

Personal Interview The qualifiers of the Aptitude Test will be required to apply for Personal Interview. The PI will be administered by the Admission Committee.

Written Ability Test The Written Ability Test (WAT) will be conducted for only to those candidates who are shortlisted for the Personal Interview (PI). WAT is a 30 minutes duration test in which candidates are required to write an essay on the topic given for WAT. The essay will be examined on the basis of the candidates language ability, coherence, and organization, as well as the ideas and arguments expressed.

Hope this helps.

Hello there!

Greetings!

IIM Indore has lifted off the criteria of Maths as a compulsory subject for selection to IPM PROGRAM. ..

Hence, a student now  without maths is eligible to apply to the program.

. As per the IPMAT eligibility criteria , candidates are required to have a minimum of 60 percent marks in class X and XII in order to apply for the exam.

Thankyou

Hi,
As you said you are not satisfied with your marks, I would suggest that if you had scored atleast 60% marks(for general) and 55%(for SC/ST) in your 12, you can apply for IPM IIM exam. Then during the interview you can mention them that you are giving improvement exam in case they ask you about your marks and all will be fine. In case you have not met the eligibility criteria marks, it would be a gamble for you if your improvement results are not out before the interview. So think wisely before applying.
The eligibility criteria also requires you to be of 20 years for gen and 22 years for SC/ST/PwD categiries respectively.
The application form will be available online. You need to fill up the details and upload the scanned documents and pay an application fee of Rs. 1400 for gen/OBC and Rs. 700 for the rest via net banking/credit/debit card.

Dear Aspirant

If  you wanted to do master of business administration after qualifying cat then I would like to tell you that you have to score in top 1 percentile candidates on the basis of your rank, so for that you have to work harder, so forget about competition and work harder to be in that top 1 percentile.

Good luck for your future :)

Feel free to ask if you have any further queries.

Good percentile will lead you admission in a good college, thats the only way , so you have to score above 95 percentile in Cat entrance exam to get a call from not only IIM indore but from any IIM . Your academics are excellent no doubt , but you have to get good percentile in Cat exam . So all the best for it.
It doesn't matter if you are from engineering or commerce field , every student in whichever field gets admission in IIM'S if they have good academics and good percentile in Cat .

Hi,

No not at all, a 3 year drop will not affect your future if you hae a valid reason for it. Because for the Personal Interview round in IIM, you will be asked about the gap in and time taken for completing your 12th class which you should be answerable. Same will be the case while you will sit for olacements.

So I hope you have a valid reason for failing 12th twice.

I wish you best of luck

Thank You

Hello Nisha,

I am BTECH 2nd year student and this year i have also given the examination of IPMAT but unable to crack the first round. So out of 120 seats at IIM INDORE IPM, 66 seats are available for GENERAL CATEGORY which is about 55% of the total seat.

I hope you will find my answer helpful.

All the best.

Hey,

you should definitely go for ipm in iim indore for the integrated programme. IIMS is a dream for almost every commerce student specially who wants to pursue mba. If you are planning to do mba after graduation you should not leave this opportunity. But if you have some other plans and high fees is a problem for you then you may go for sri ram college of commerce as it will give you lots of exposure.

Hello Sangeeta,

First of all congratulation for performing well in your exams. But with the rank of 50 in the OBC Category your chances seems to be very less as the total number is only 120. Out of 120, 57 are for general category and rest for reserved. There is no announcement regarding the seat distribution in unreserved category but still the remaining 63 seats need to be distributed among SC, ST OBC, PWD etc. Still hope for the best because if around 28 people from OBC category take admission through open category rank then you will definitely get a seat in IIM INDORE.

I hope you will find my answer helpful.

All the best.

The college infrastructure is too good and wonderful environment conditions along with best facilities available in the college.because we have to study online and hostel facilities are not available to us. Although once a year, a fest happens in which all the students can meet and enjoy. Hostel facilities are available for some selected students and entire facilities are good.

College Infrastructure

Overall the infrastructure development is nice here and There were no infrastructure related issues. The resources like computers etc were more than the number of students. We were given single rooms during the two years of our stay. All classrooms are equipped with a high-speed Wi-Fi. Hostel rooms have LAN connections. Hostel food menu is mostly decided by student committees. The canteen is open till 2 AM, serving all sorts of food. Medical facilities are adequate. All labs are equipped in well manner.

The infrastructure development every year increased
