In the COVID era, managers are increasingly finding it challenging to find out the ‘right thing to do’. Across the globe, managers have to withstand the government and society to fulfil their social/legal obligations. The Ethical Decision Making in Work Place training is designed for such managers to help deal with the ethical dilemmas of the workplace.

Based on the IBS (individual, business, society) frameworks, the Ethical Decision Making at Work Place programme enables you to deal with individual biases in ethical judgement.
