Course Overview

In the COVID era, managers are increasingly finding it challenging to find out the ‘right thing to do’. Across the globe, managers have to withstand the government and society to fulfil their social/legal obligations. The Ethical Decision Making in Work Place training is designed for such managers to help deal with the ethical dilemmas of the workplace.

Based on the IBS (individual, business, society) frameworks, the Ethical Decision Making at Work Place programme enables you to deal with individual biases in ethical judgement. Moreover, the course follows a novel approach with an in-depth scrutinisation of Volkswagen’s Dieselgate Scandal from an ethical decision-making perspective of issues at the individual, business and society levels.

The Ethical Decision Making in Work Place course is based on research and designing of business ethics approach known as the Integrative Live Case method (ILC).
