The application form for the Chief Financial Officers course is available on IIM Indore’s website. You can fill out the form online and submit it. You can also download a pdf of the Nomination form and mail it to the MDP Office of IIM Indore.
The form asks for some basic details. These include your name, designation, and details of your organisation. You are also asked to provide information regarding your contact details and select your participation type. Additionally, you have to provide your bank details for fee processing.

The programme fee for the CFO course is fully refundable only if you cancel your nomination ten days before the programme begins. If you cancel your admission two days before the commencement of the course, only 50% of the fee will be refunded.
If an organisation sponsors four of five participants for the programme, they will receive a group discount of 10%.
