Managing Difficult People at Work online training requires you to fill a nomination form while applying. While filling the form, you have to furnish your full name, mobile number, email and generate a password. After that, you can pay the course fee to complete your registration.

The course is taught by Dr Abhishek Totawar, faculty in the area of HRM & Organisational Behaviour at IIM Trichy, and Dr Papri Nath, who holds a PhD from IIT Kharagpur.
Managing Difficult People at Work is a three-day course.
