Course Details
An Executive Master of Business Administration (EMBA) at IIM Udaipur is a two-year online programme. Designed for working professionals, the programme helps participants excel in their careers while working or without disrupting their current commitments. Online Executive MBA at IIM Udaipur involves two campus immersions and provides students with multiple entry and stage-wise completion.
Professionals with at least three years of work experience after graduation can apply for IIM Udaipur Online Executive MBA. Admission to the online EMBA programme is done through the GMAT/GMAT(Focus)/GRE/CAT or IIMU Test. After completion, participants will be awarded a Degree in Master of Business Administration by IIM Udaipur.

Eligibility Criteria
To enrol for IIM Udaipur Online Executive MBA programme, candidates must meet the eligibility criteria set by the institute which are as follows:
10+2 and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in any discipline with a minimum of 50 percent marks (45 percent for candidates from SC, ST and PwD categories) or equivalent CGPA.
Minimum three years of full-time post-qualification experience as of May 07, 2025.
Valid GMAT or GMAT (Focus) or GRE score (not older than 5 years from the date of GMAT/GRE) or CAT score of tests taken in 2021 or later,
or
Score of the IIMU Test conducted by IIM Udaipur
Admission Details
Candidates after meeting the eligibility criteria can apply for admission to an Online Executive MBA at IIM Udaipur. They need to complete the online application form and pay the application fee of Rs 1000. Candidates are also required to pay Rs 1000 for the IIMU Test (if applicable). Candidates who have a valid GMAT/GMAT(Focus)/GRE/CAT score will be exempted from appearing in the IIMU Test.
If candidates are shortlisted, they will be called for an online personal interview. The final admission will be made based on a combination of the candidate’s overall academic profile, work experience, score in the GMAT/GMAT(Focus)GRE/CAT/IIMU Test and performance in the personal interview.

Registered partnership deed of the firm
Filing with Registrar of Companies (RoC)
GST registration of the firm
PAN Card of the firm- (Pvt Limited or Partnership firm)
Income Tax Returns (ITR)-
Bank account statement of the firm (Mandatory)
Statutory Auditor Appointment of the firm
Purchase/work orders for the duration of the claim of the firm/company’s operations and
MSME certificate (if applicable)
DIPP Certificate of Recognition (if applicable)
The Syllabus

Students can exit from the programme after completing one year with a Post Graduate Diploma in Business Administration degree. The programme duration is two years, with a maximum duration of four years.
A credit waiver allows students to skip a few courses by acknowledging their prior knowledge. This results in a reduced course load and can be particularly beneficial for those who have already mastered some of the material or courses within the programme.
Classes will be delivered through live and interactive sessions, on Saturdays and Sundays, with two sessions to be held during the late evenings of weekdays. Participants can attend the classes from anywhere.
