Step 2: At the end of the webpage, a green “Apply” option will be visible. Click on it.
Step 3: A question will pop up about your current learning progress with PHFI. Clicking on “No” will direct you to a three-fold application form that enquires about your personal, educational, and other details.
Step 4: Fill in the required details and click on submit and save. The application also needs to be mailed to trainings@iiphd.org.
Application Details
Applicants need to submit an online application that is available on the eCourse in STI & HIV/AIDS training webpage. Additionally, a mail to trainings@iiphd.org with the application form should be sent. The form has three sections - personal, educational, and other details sections. Candidates have to provide their name, email ID, contact information, gender, residential address, and a photograph.
In the second part of the application form for the STI & HIV/AIDS online program, candidates have to enter elaborate details of their educational qualifications. They need to submit scanned copies of their certificates and mark sheets as well. In the last section of the form, candidates have to provide their professional work experience. The selection committee will review their application to award the final admission.
