Course Overview

Corrosion science explores the process of corrosion in metallic and non-metallic structures. The Cathodic Protection Engineering online programme attempts to dig deeper and explain some essential means of corrosion control in buried metallic structures. This is a free-to-learn curriculum by Swayam and IIT Bombay, accredited by AICTE.

Furthermore, the Cathodic Protection Engineering certification belongs to the 'Metallurgy and Material science and Mining Engineering' and 'Materials Joining' categories. If you are interested in learning this course, you should also note that this is a short-term FDP programme that runs for just four weeks.

This programme is suitable for undergraduates, postgraduates, and industry professionals. Aspirants will have to submit four assignments during the course tenure, which will help their understanding and progress.
