Course Overview

The Introduction to Aerospace Engineering programme contains four methods which are included in its teaching-learning Dynamic, to strengthen the understanding of the candidate and to ensure a complete understanding. The four methods are- Provision for PowerPoint Presentations and Video Lectures, Online Discussion Forum for doubt solving, Online Reading Material for reference, Tests and Quizzes for practice.

The programmes under Swayam are reviewed and implemented by Nine National Coordinators like UGC, NCERT, IGNOU, IIMB, NIOS, CEC, NITTTR, AICTE and NPTEL. The intention behind the campaign is to provide Higher Education its due importance. Keeping in mind the unavailability of Physical Resources, economical shortcomings and lack of an adequate platform, the Government has employed more than thousands of learned faculties, specially appointed for the job and is constantly making efforts to make the candidates digitally educated.

There are three main pillars of the Indian Education Policy; Access, Quality, and Equity, and Swayam has the objective of achieving it all through its Online Platform to provide free learning of the entire curriculum from Class 9 level up to Post-Graduation. The programme is named ‘Swayam’ to hint at the self-efficient and self-learning nature of the initiative. It promises to bridge the digital gap among the digitally unhinged masses of students, even those who’re underprivileged and deprived of digital exposure and knowledge.
