Academic Qualifications
The students must have completed their Bachelor’s degree or be in their third or final year of Mechanical, Aerospace, Automotive, Civil Engineering, and Naval Architecture degrees.
Certification Qualifying Details
The candidates must pass the written examination by registering for the exam on the NPTEL official website to get a certificate. The certification course provides four types of certificates Silver, Gold, Elite, and Completed Certificate. The qualifying students will receive a certificate based on their performance in assignments and written exams.
The students will learn the theoretical basis of EMA and signal processing for modal analysis. After the completion of the Experimental Modal Analysis certification syllabus, they will also learn about functions of frequency and impulse response functions (FRFs and IRFs) and measure them. The candidates will also explore the estimation of modal parameters by measured FRFs and IRFs.
Upon completion of the Experimental Modal Analysis training, the candidates gain a deep understanding of phase resonance testing, operational modal analysis, and applications of EMA. With the support of leading industry professionals, the students will acquire practical experience and apply learned concepts to solve real-world issues.
The Experimental Modal Analysis certification course is beneficial for aspiring students to enhance their skills and knowledge in the field. This course is also useful for:
