Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualifications

The Information Theory, Coding and Cryptography online course prerequisite is the students must have a basic exposure to linear algebra and probability theory, and a course in digital communications.

Certification Qualifying Details

Upon the completion of the Information Theory, Coding and Cryptography certification course, the students will be able to receive a certificate.

What you will learn

After completing the Information Theory, Coding and Cryptography certification syllabus, the students will gain a deep understanding of information theory and source coding. They will also learn the theory of linear block codes (including cyclic codes, BCH codes, RS codes and LDPC codes), convolutional codes, turbo codes, TCM and space-time codes.

The students will be able to apply the learnt principles and theorems after the completion of the Information Theory, Coding and Cryptography certification training. The course helps students better understand by providing applications of the theory in real-world scenarios. With hands-on experience in the subject, they will be able to function effectively on real-world projects.
