Evaluation process

To complete the Elements of Solar Energy Conversion program, you need to attend all course lectures and submit all the assignments. Next, you need to register for the final exam. This will be a proctored test, conducted at designated centers.

Your final score will be a total of your average assignment score and exam score. Your exam score will be 75% of the proctored certification exam marks (out of 100). The average assignment score will be calculated as 25% of your best eight assignments’ average (out of a total of 12-course assignments).

If your average assignment score is >=10/25 and your exam score is >=30/75, you will be eligible for the course certificate. If you don’t secure these but still get >=40/100, you won’t be eligible for the Elements of Solar Energy Conversion certification.
