Course Overview

Eligibility Criteria

The Employment Communication A Lab-Based Course training requires interested candidates to pursue an undergraduate program and prefer that they’re in their degree’s final year. 

Furthermore, a student’s Employment Communication A Lab-Based Course certificate eligibility is based on their average assignment marks and examination score. Swayam will calculate 25% of the former and 75% of the latter, the sum of which will result in the candidate’s final score. 

Learners must maintain a final score of >=40/100, where it’s mandatory to score >=30/75 on Swayam’s test and >=10/25 in the weekly assignments’ average marking. Students cannot earn the Employment Communication A Lab-Based Course certification without fulfilling these two separate criteria even after getting the adequate final score.

Obtaining the Employment Communication A Lab-Based Course certificate requires candidates to sit for Swayam’s program-end proctored examination. They will conduct this test on a date provided by Swayam, through two sessions (morning and afternoon) at their designated test centers across India.
