IIT Kharagpur has curated the Managing Change in Organizations training programme. It is an elective-type course intended for both undergraduate and postgraduate-level students. This FDP course is approved by AICTE and falls under the category of management studies. There are no prerequisites for the candidates to enroll and participate in the Managing Change in Organizations online course.
However, to be eligible for the course certificate, the candidate needs to get a minimum 30/75 in the end-term examination and at least 10/25 in the internal assessment. In addition, the certification exam has 75% weightage and internal assessment marks has 25% weightage. While calculating the average internal assessment score, only the 6 best-scored assignments are considered.

The candidate can choose to appear for the offline examination at the end of the course. It is an optional examination but must be taken if the candidate wants the Managing Change in Organizations certificate from Swayam. The examination will be held at a designated centre, through two sessions, in a proctor’s presence. Swayam will notify the candidate once the exam registration forms are released. The candidates must fill out these forms and pay the certification fee to be eligible to appear for the course-end examination.
