The Real Time Operating System programme is an elective course in Computer Science and Engineering. Eligibility Criteria

To enrol in the Real Time Operating System certification course by Swayam, you must have prior knowledge of operating systems and experience in the C programming language.

Furthermore, to achieve the Real Time Operating System certificate, you must secure a score of more than 30/75 in the proctored exam as it holds 75% weightage. Secondly, the course assignments are vital as the average assignment score carries a 25% weightage in the final score. The minimum average assignment score is 10/25 and will be calculated by counting the best three assignments.

The final score is determined by adding the exam score and average assignment score, and it must be greater than or equal to 40/100.

Step-III: If you want to create a new Swayam learning account, enter your email ID, username and choose a strong password. Swayam will send you a verification code.

Step-IV: After verifying the email address, you can start the Real-Time Operating System programme.

Application Details

You can join the Real-Time Operating System online programme by logging in to your existing Swayam/Facebook/Microsoft/Google IDs. You can also make a new learning account on the website by adding your email address, entering a username and a password.

Evaluation process

The Real-Time Operating System certification exam will be organised by Swayam at different exam centres. The exam will be held through the in-person mode in two different time shifts in the morning and afternoon, respectively. You may register for the exam online by submitting a registration form and paying Rs 1000. More details will be revealed later when the registration form is published.
