Eligibility Criteria

Candidates who wish to enroll in the Organization Theory/Structure and Design program need to be business graduates. 

Certificate Qualifying Details

For certificate qualification, candidates need to achieve a minimum of 10/25 on assignments and 30/75 on the final exam. The final score will be the sum of the exam score and assignment score. The final score should be more than or equal to 40/100.

For the assignment score, candidates need to submit all the periodic assignments. The best score received on 6 of the 8 assignments will be averaged to calculate the score. For the final exam, candidates have to sit in an end-of-the-term offline examination.

Step 2: Sign in/sign up/log in to the Swayam website with credentials. 

Step 3: If required, fill the online exam form and pay the exam fee. 

The enrolment process is completed. Candidates can join from the start date of the course. 

Application Details

The Organization Theory/Structure and Design program does not have a separate online form. However, it does have an online exam form for the optional exam. To enrol in the course and fill the exam form, candidates must sign up using a valid email address, username, and password. Evaluation process

Organization Theory/Structure and Design training certification consists of two criteria. 

Assignments submission and marks carry 25% of the final score. Participants must submit all the assignments to score the minimum passing marks. 

For the rest of the 75% of the final score, they must appear for an in-person proctored examination that will be held at the end of the course. The exact dates of the exam, the exam center, and other details will be provided to the participants. They must score the minimum passing marks to clear the exam.

Candidates who pass both criteria will be given an e-certificate, which will carry their exam score, assignment score, and final score.
