Eligibility Criteria

No prerequisites are required for enrolling in the Principles of Industrial Engineering training program. Candidates are not required to have any pre-existing educational qualifications to participate in the course.   

Certificate Qualifying Details

Besides that, to qualify for certification, candidates must score at least 30/75 in the certification exam, which is 75% of the total exam score. Besides that, they must also have an average assignment score of 10/25. This will be 25% of the average assignment score, calculated from the eight best-scored assignments. 

Candidates will be eligible to get the E-certificate after fulfilling all the above criteria.

Admission Details

Step 1. Join the Principles of Industrial Engineering by visiting the official website of Swayam- https://swayam.gov.in/.  

Step 2. To create an account, choose the ‘Sign-in/Register’ tab.  To create an account in Swayam, click on the “Sign-in/Register” tab. 

Step 3. Proceed by entering the information requested and click on ‘send verification code’. Enter your details and hit the “send verification code” button.

Step 4. An email verification code will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID.

Step 5. Type in the verification code and click on the “Verify Code” tab to proceed. 

Step 6. To confirm your account, click “Create” and proceed with the training. 

Application Details

Candidates need not fill out an application form to enroll in the Principles of Industrial Engineering certification course. To create an account, they only need to enter their required details such as email ID, username, and password after clicking on the “Sign-in/Register” tab. After joining the course, students have to provide details regarding their educational background, work experience, and other personal information like age, and country of residence.

Evaluation process

Candidates must fill in the examination forms and pay the required fees to be eligible to appear for the Principles of Industrial Engineering certification. All the details pertaining to the examination dates, terms, and timings are available in the registration form. 

Moreover, candidates must appear for the certification examination on the given date and time at the allotted center. The registration fee for the exam is Rs 1,000.
