There are no prerequisites for participating in the Principles of Management training program. 

Certification Qualifying Details

In addition, to be eligible for the e-certificate, the candidate must score at least 30/75 in the course-end examination, and a total of 10/25 in the internal assessments. 75% weightage is given to the written exam, and 25% weightage is given to the assignments (best eight scores). Swayam issues the certificate only if the candidates can meet the criteria mentioned above.

Evaluation process

Swayam mandates candidates to appear for a proctored certification exam at the end of the Principles of Management online course. The examination will require in-person attendance at a designated test center in two different sessions, morning and afternoon. 

Swayam will update the date of exam registration commencement for the candidates on their portal. The candidates will have to fill up an exam registration form which will contain all necessary information regarding the examination, and pay its fees to sit for the evaluation.
