The innovation in robotics and applications has led to a rising stimulation of interest amongst teachers and students of engineering. IIT Roorkee and Swayam have created the Robotics and Control: Theory and Practice certification course to offer students the opportunity to learn more about this growing field and build a career in robotics research. You will learn about modelling, control and planning.
The Robotics and Control: Theory and Practice syllabus by IIT Roorkee is taught over eight weeks. It is divided into two parts. The first part on fundamentals of robotics discusses topics like homogeneous transformations, DH algorithm, rotation. The second part on applications of robotics includes topics like exoskeleton and robotic needles.
The Robotics and Control: Theory and Practice by Swayam is an eight-week course with verification from AICTE as an FDP course. IIT Roorkee’s top professors from the Departments of Mathematics and Electrical Engineering will be leading this online program. Candidates will receive eight graded assignments. In the end, there will be two exams for those who want to receive the certificate.
