Hello Aspirant,
With this rank, its only possible to get admission in the eastern NITs. Also you can apply for private colleges which accept JEE main scores like BITS and AMITY. My suggestion would be that you repeat for 1 year and try JEE main again so that you can get a better rank which can help you to get into a better NIT. Or else you can apply for private colleges based on this rank.

Yes you are definitely eligible for josaa counselling but I regret to inform you that with such a low score in jee you can get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.

As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.You should take part in the councelling for any other colleges or GFTIs like assam university but that though a doubt for your percentile.
Either you should also take part in any other councelling process or take admission into any reputed private institutes.

You scored good marks and your rank is very good. But it will be difficult for you to get CSE or SE at nits but you can apply for other branches available in nits, IIIts, and gftis. You can get mechanical or civil or electrical engineering in these colleges. You should try once by registering online at josaa counselling.
You have a good chance of getting admission in a good engineering College.

I regret to inform you that with such a low score in jee 2019 even after considering your ews quota you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like nits or iiits.

As nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission.

Either you take part in any other councelling process or you can even take admission into any reputed private institutes likr srm , lpu or bennet university .

As Nits or iiits are one of the most sought after college in feild of engineering so they have high cutoffs for the candidates to get admission. Even considering lower nits for sc candidate their closing cutoff goes maximum to 6k or 7k for non core branches.

But don't get discouraged, you can apply for private colleges like BITS and AMITY, which accept JEE Main scores. Otherwise, you can repeat one year and try for JEE Main again. Your jee mains CRL rank is low but you can get admission in IIIts or gftis. But you won't be able to get a good branch. But you should try once for admission. For that you have to register online at josaa website. You can also check the previous year cutoff at josaa website for nits, IIIts, gftis and IITs. You can even try for jac counselling. Its last day of registration is 17 June. So you have to do hurry if you want to apply for jac counselling. Under jac there are four colleges, these are DTU, nsut, IIIT-d and igdtuw.
If you want to take admission in any of these colleges than apply hurriedly.
