Sorry but this is a very poor score to get admission in any college through JOSAA counseling . You can't get seat under any course in any college with this percentile irrespective of your category. I would suggest you to either look for any other college or entrance exam or try again next year with better preparation and score well.

Your chances of getting a college with this much score in JEE Mains is low, But if you are lucky then you may get the desired college. The percentile score scored by you is quite low to get you a good college. I hope you have got the point.

JEE Main is being conducted twice by NTA for the first time so it would be tough to tell you the exact admission cutoff.

No , you can get admission in IUST only through your JEE MAINS marks , not your JKCET marks.
