About IUST Pulwama
Islamic University of Science and Technology Pulwama was established in the year 2005 and accredited by NAAC with a grade of ‘B+’. The IUST Pulwama is recognised by the University Grants Commission (UGC) and approved by AICTE.
The courses offered by IUST are available in various streams such as Engineering and Architecture, Sciences, Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Commerce, Media, Mass Communication and Journalism, Management and Business Administration, and Computer Application and IT.

The infrastructure is one of the only good things about the university. It is very huge, the labs could use some work but now they are advanced too. They weren’t as advanced before so that’s good. Classes are cool

The college has all necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment needed by the students. The facilities in all departments are up to the mark and are latest. The campus is clean and offers hygienic food.

For other branches like Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical with 68.98 percentile in JEE Mains 2024 , you may have a better chance to get admission in Islamic University of Science and Technology (IUST) in Awantipora, Jammu & Kashmir . but for branches like CSE or ECE, which are more competitive
you may have a better chance. IUST primarily considers JEE Mains scores and also offers seats through state counseling, so you should definitely participate in the counseling process to explore your chances.

- The placement of NIT Srinagar is extremely good.NIT Srinagar has a 100 percent placement in CSE,IT. Practically 9o% position in Mechanical, Electrical and Electronics and communication.
- Climate of NIT Srinagar is absolutely magnificent. It comes in top 5 most lovely grounds in India.
- Workforce of NIT Srinagar is a lot of Experienced and old.

hope you are doing well
well 63 percentile in not good enough in mains exam but still may be there is a chance to get good government college if you have some reservations.. It depends upon the JEE Main and JEE Advance cut offs, If You manage to qualify the exam by achieving the cut off, You can apply for JOSAA Counselling. It should be noted the cut off for EWS/SC/ST/FEMALES/OBC category is lower than the general category
However It is usually advised to fill the choices as per the preference of colleges and departments, for example CSE in NIT Trichy is your priority followed by CSE in NIT Warangal, you can fill CSE at NIT Trichy at serial number 1 and CSE at NIT Warangal at serial number 2 and so on and so forth. However to get any NIT, you must have qualified JEE Mains and to get any IIT, you must have qualifies JEE Advanced
But the previous cut offs of colleges should be taken in consideration, it is better to research over the cut off of colleges then make a preference list of colleges and fill accordingly
