Post-Graduate Merit Scholarship for University Rank Holder | Each awardee under the scheme are provided with a scholarship of Rs.3,100 p.m. for a period of two years | Candidates have completed their graduation in life sciences, chemical sciences, physical sciences, mathematical sciences, earth sciences, social sciences, languages and commerce streams. Candidates must be the first and second rank holder at the undergraduate level and enrolled in a full-time, regular master’s degree programme at a recognised university/college. The age of the candidate must not be more than 30 years at the time of admission to the PG course. The minimum percentage of marks obtained by the candidate in graduation is 60%. |
"Ishan Uday" Special Scholarship Scheme for North Eastern Region | An amount of Rs.5400 p.m. for general degree courses and Rs.7800 p.m. for Technical & Professional courses (including Medical & Para medical courses) are given through Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) to the beneficiary student. | This scholarship is for students having domicile of North Eastern Region (NER) state who have completed their class XIIth or equivalent. College Infrastructure
The college also has decent sports facilities. There is a sports field for outdoor games like football and cricket, as well as a gymnasium for indoor activities. These facilities are great for students who want to stay active and fit. The computer labs and wifi facilities are satisfactory. The labs have enough computers for students to use, and the internet connection is generally reliable. However, there can be some issues with slow internet speeds during peak times.
College life is awesome and intresting.
