Yes the college is up to date with latest technology including lab equipments, the living spaces are green and well maintained . The campus is wifi enabled and has all the major indoor and outdoor sports
The effort put in by teachers is appreciable but the curriculum seems to be a bit outdated and is in need of updation , the course makes me feel job ready but only for a corporate job rather than a professional
Placements totally depend on you and your capabilities companies like hcl, wipro and intel do make placement offers so in all total placement is about fifty percent of the total students other students are placed outside due to reputation of college
My course costed 2 lakhs 10 thousand per year but due to online classes I did not think the money was worth it
Teachers and staff are supportive and understanding the campus is filled with greenery and all the buildings are in great shape and have good architecture
Campus life is good and this college is better than other private colleges
The infrastructure of Jamia Hamdard, especially Pharmacy Department is average. The overall university campus is nice. There is a seperate library in SPER and a central library is also present. The condition of classrooms is quite pathetic. There is no AC, smart board in any classrooms. Laboratories are also average. Hostel food and hostel life is decent. Wifi facility is also provided 24×7 in university campus.
The academics is the best part of SPER. The faculty is well experienced and punctual. Also all the professors provide notes and constant guidance to students. Curriculum is strictly followed as per PCI syllabus and updated accordingly.
The placement scenario is pretty average. The average salary offered is between 4-6 LPA. Chances of on-campus placement is pretty low. It is good in academics and research. The reputation of the University is great so a person can get off campus placement easily.
The annual fee for 2019-23 (SFS) batch is 2 lakhs. The ROI would probably be lower. The college severely lacks in infrastructure there are no AC or smart boards and labs are also not that much well maintained. So I don't find it value for money.
Campus life is dull. Almost next to zero. We can't even organize freshers/farewell parties inside the campus. There are no official clubs in college. Extra-curricular activities are not encouraged that much. The campus is situated near a place named Tuklakabad which is quite unsafe for girls in my opinion. But campus is safe.
Many people have safety and religious concerns as it is a Muslim University. I would like to clear there is no such issue. The university is violence free, ragging free and the professors or any other staff members have similar attitude towards students. There is no discrimination in semester examinations or any competition.
It's clean and pretty it's green and safe the living spaces are clean and the food is hygienic it has all the necessary infrastructure, facilities and equipment. THe classroom laboratory libraries and hostel are clean
Everyone knows their alumni what can we say. The faculty is good and the way of teaching is interesting and simple you could easily grab what the professor is discussing. The classes are interactive soo you don't feel left out.
It's basically depends on who you are what are your capabilities but the college name and image also affects your career a lot and it's kind of easy when you are in a great college like this one . soo
It is quite good at Jamia. The rooms are well ventilated with proper hygiene. Hostel facilities are also available. Laboratories are well maintained, which is an important thing for students of our field. WiFi facility is available throughout the campus.
Quality of teaching is good.Teachers are good, they explain every topic thoroughly, they are engaging too. Students can ask queries without hesitation. Curriculum is updated and includes all the recent developments in the respective fields
Placement process is quite good, the college is supportive. Students are placed with good packages, overall placement is guaranteed here. In my opinion it depends on students as well, rest who are left out get placed too.
Cost of the course is quite high but it's worth it with the facilities they provide.
Teachers and support staff are good, and the environment is safe too.
Classrooms are quite spacious here with neat and hygiene environment. Desks and chairs are well maintained. Hostel facilities provided by the university is great. Library here is spacious .Canteen is very well maintained.
Teachers are experienced and qualified here. They explain the chapters with quite good and unique examples. Best part is there are doubt classes as well where students can clear their doubts. Teaching style is great here and topics are latest and according to the curriculum.
Placements are guaranteed here as almost every student gets placed in good companies . Some even gets placed in average companies. So it also depends from student to student that how they are performing at the interview.
They do have value for money as they provide all the facilities . Environment here is great and its definitely worth it taking admission in this college.
My campus life was great. I participated in various competitions, was a part of society , played volleyball there daily at the sports complex . Jamia has all the facilities that a student wants from his/her college life. And fests are the best here.
Taking admission here was a blessing.
Infrastructure is great at Jamia. It has well ventilated rooms with proper hygiene. Hostel facilities are available for everyone. Library is spacious with books available according to the curriculum. Canteen is spacious and clean.
Teachers are experienced and well qualified. They explain the topic quite well and students are able to grasp at one go . Those who are confused then attend doubt classes to understand the concept. Syllabus is according to the recent trends and developments and it benefits the students while giving interview for job.
Placements are good as well . Many students are placed in good companies with awesome package. Rest who are left out even gets placed in moderate companies. So overall 100% placement is guaranteed here.
Course fee is high but its worth taking admission in this college as it provides every facility that a student expects. I am quite satisfied as I did my graduation from here.
There are so many societies here where you can take part in . Students play basketball , volleyball and take part in various competitions. Campus is actually large and you can roam around with your friends, click pics and enjoy your college life.
Do take admission here. Life here is great.
Infrastructure: The infrastructure of the college is not that much good as the classrooms are not neat and clean and the desk and benches are broken, ceiling fans are don't work properly. But talking about the facilities like wifi, libraries, laboratories etc are quite good and have all kind of equipments. Majority of the classrooms do not have white board rather there are the old fashioned classical Blackboards with chalk. The college have quite good canteens but the cost is too high.
Currently I'm studying in BPharm course and I'm studying so as I couldn't get a seat in MBBS so this was my last option to study. And the college is ranked 1st by NIRF ranking so I took admission here. There are very well qualified teachers and experienced faculties. But the drawback is that no teacher will willingly take the classes rather the class CR should remind the teacher for the class. And yes the course curriculum are up to date but I dont think that after this course my job is ready.
The placement of the college is not good enough. An estimated amount of Rs 5.5 - 6.5 LPA was the last year's highest Placement package of BPharm and was offered by Eli Lilly. Companies like Eli Lilly, Sun Pharma, Cipla etc do come for campus placements but only few percentage of students get placements. The average package was Rs 2.5 - 3 LPA last year. The college will support you for the placements and the procedure is quite easy.
The fee is Rs 125000 per year( including of examination fees) for the regular students and for the SFS students the fee is Rs 200000 per year. The fee is quite good and low as compared to other private Pharmacy colleges in India.
The campus life is good enough as it is green everywhere and different outlets available for ones refreshment. One can play different sports in the sports complex where there are badminton, football, vollyball, basketball, carrom, table tennis etc and even cricket ground but sadly we the students cannot play in the cricket ground as it is for the outsiders who pay and play.
Overall I can conclude that the college is good for BPharm course where the fee is good enough but lacks in teaching inspite of having good teachers. I don't know how the college gets ranked 1st by NIRF. The college is only famed for the Pharmacy department.
There are well ventilated classrooms with smart boards in rooms. There are laboratories , a ground where students play football, basketball and volleyball. Hostels are well maintained especially girls hostel with proper hygiene.
Teachers are experienced and well qualified. They give their 100% in making the student understand the concepts. In online classes as well, teachers keep doubt classes to clear the doubts. There are some teachers too who just teach for completing the syllabus and because of such teachers, students are not able to gain clarity in some subjects.
Placements are average for BBA students. But they are good for B.com Honors . There are students who get placed in good companies but they are very few.Rest gets placed in decent companies with not so good but average salary.
They are not greedy like other colleges who ask extra money . College fees is okayish for bba students. My course fees is 220000 per year. So they value for money and the quality of education they provide is actually good and its worthy to take admission in this college.
Campus is actually large. There are so many societies to take part in which gives end number of oppertunities to the students to enhance their skills. Environment overall is clean and hygienic.
I would recommend you to take admission in this college.
The infrastructure is very poor. Labs are not maintained properly. There are no proper canteens in the whole campus. Hotels are also just average. There is no accommodation for boys in hostel. Classes are not well maintained.
I am studying B. Pharm. Teachers here are well qualified. They are all experienced. Students here are also very competitive. But some teachers skip classes due to which students suffer. Some teachers send their PhD students for teaching us.
Placement in the college is not good. But this is the case in most of the pharmacy colleges. Average package for B pharm is 360000 and for M pharm it is 300000. There is no dedicated placement cell. Most of B Pharm students opt for higher studies.
Here the fees is low as compared to colleges like Amity, BITS. The fees for B Pharm is 125000 per year for regular batch which is not that much as it is ranked Number 1 in Pharmacy in NIRF rankings. So from value for money point of view it is good.
Campus life is good. We have got sports complex, gym etc. Overall environment of the college is good. There are no fests in the college. In the name of fest they organise Jashn-e-adab. The location of college is very good.
Jamia Hamdard is good if you want to do B Pharm, BUMS, MBBS or any Life sciences course. The location is an added advantage.
I can say it has a great infrastructure with everything you need in a college. There are hostel facilities for everyone especially for girls . There are so many pgs as well nearby the the college. There are so many facilities in Sest there are newly made classrooms(lts).
In academics, i can say it is normal not so good not so bad.but you have to study many thing by your own like machine learning and all .you will have to learn these skills from third party providers like coursera and udemy etc.
I don't have much idea of placement but i have got to know that some people have got placements in product based or service based companies like IBM,wipro, tcs etc .I will be editing this and help you with the placements which happened in 2021.
My course which is Btech cse cost arround 85 thousands per semester .I thinks its somehow value for money ,many peoples says that cse course is best in here , if you want to take admission here you should prefer cse branch not other. well Jamia Hamdard is introducing new courses every year like last year it introduced Btech with Artificial intelligence you can look into that aswell
Yeah i can say that campus life is good there are some technical and cultural societies available in here like Epoch,IEEE,CSI which you can join and have some experience And fun with them.
Well!! i choose this college because it was so close to my house and there many were familiar faces in the college cause i was from Hamdard school i knew many people in jamia hamdard, And the other reason is that i just wanted to do computer science because my passion lies in computers but i was getting civil and mechanical in tier 2 colleges like DTU and NSUT.

Hello aspirant,
While being from a Muslim minority community offers a certain advantage due to the reservation quota, securing a seat in Jamia Hamdard with 490 NEET marks is challenging.
Jamia Hamdard is a prestigious institution, and the competition for seats, especially in coveted courses like MBBS, is intense. Cutoffs for Jamia Hamdard, even under the minority quota, have been rising over the years. While the reservation percentage for Muslim minorities is beneficial, it doesn't guarantee admission with a relatively lower score.
If you want to increase your chances, consider other medical colleges, both government and private, where your rank might be competitive. If you're determined to study at Jamia Hamdard, focus on improving your score for the next NEET exam. Participate actively in the counseling process to understand your options better.
I hope this information helps.
