Jodhpur National University also referred as JNU was established in year 2008, a State Private University situated in Jodhpur, Rajasthan. Located in a campus of 30 acres, JNU provides a vast choice of programs in a great many fields. BCI, the Bar Council of India, and PCI, the Pharmacy Council of India, have recognized the university to provide quality education in law and pharmacy. JNU is an institute which offers as many as 98 courses and 31 degree programs meaning that it meets the need of a broad range of students. The university currently has 131 members of faculty and presenting a respectable learning platform for the students who are opting for undergraduate, postgraduate or doctorate.

From this perspective, JNU is determined to ensure that it offers the best and the latest learning amenities for its learners and teachers. Engineering, technology, pharmaceutical sciences, applied sciences, computer applications laboratories in the campus are well equipped. The students especially the sporty ones are able to participate in indoor and outdoor activities at JNU to ensure they balance between book work and exercises. It also occupies health center for first aid, an auditorium for occasions and seminars, transport to promote movement for the students and employees.

JNU has diverse academic offerings which comprise 98 courses in different categories of studies. It offers both full-time, part-time and online programs for its students with different education requirements. Undergraduate programs are B.Tech, BBA, BCA, B.Pharma, and Integrated B.A LLB (Hons) and postgraduate programs are M.Tech, MBA, MCA, M.Pharma and MA/M.Sc programs. It also has doctorate programs in various fields The university also has doctoral programs in various fields. Though the data of total and graduating students in the latest year are missing, the importance of the university courses implies a rich student population.

The admission process for taking admission in Jodhpur National University may also depend on the particular program that the student is interested in the University. For most of the undergraduate programs offered students are usually admitted based on their performance in the last qualifying exam. However, some courses like the BA LLB (Hons), the university considers other tests that are national-leveled examinations such as the CLAT (Common Law Admission Test). Graduate employments: A few universities admitting postgraduates in engineering fields giving importance to GATE scores, B.Pharma course admissions divided between RPPT entrance exams and merit basis. It also has entrance examinations and interviews for doctorate programs in the university. The university conducts admissions to its various programs at different periods in a year with the CLAT exam for the courses in law scheduled for the 1st of December next year, 2024.
