Course Overview

The Unix Workbench programme is intended for the participants who are introduced to programming and operating systems of Unix like macOS and Ubuntu. To apply for financial support, you need to look for the Financial Aid button on the website and enrol for the same. Fill out the application form and you will receive a notification upon approval.

2: I have registered for the course, from when can I access the study material?

Access depends on the type of enrollment. If you have opted for a free option, you will get access the moment you fill out the application form. Those opting for a paid course can access it after making the payment.

3: What to do in a scenario where “Audit Mode” is not available?

In such a scenario, the candidate can apply for Free Trial or Financial Aid. They may also find the “Full course, no certificate” option.

4: Will I receive university credit after the completion of the course?

Though The Unix Workbench doesn’t support university credit, a few other universities may approve the credits. Coursera offers students the opportunity of getting university credit through Mastertrack Certificates and Online Degrees.
