Course Overview

CARE: Promotion of Healthy Ageing online course explores the key lifestyle-related factors that affect one's well being in old age. These influential and modifiable factors include diet, physical activity, sleep, and stress levels. It closely inspects different behavioural aspects of one's lifestyle and introduces various healthy habits that can be incorporated in taking care of ourselves.

CARE: Promotion of Healthy Ageing by edX is designed to promote healthy ageing strategies. The curriculum, however, factors in the caring and support an older adult might need in everyday life while reducing the risk of debilitating and chronic diseases.
