Candidates will receive a refund if they unenroll from the course within the refund eligibility period, that is, 14 days after your purchase or start of the course.
Candidates need to apply for financial assistance before the deadline to upgrade to a verified certificate. The deadline for upgrade is provided with each course.
The online printable certificate is provided if it's successfully earned. Students can find the link to view the certificate in the dashboard. No physical copies are provided.
Students require to verify their identity by presenting a photo of themselves and a photo identification card via computer or smartphone. The names in eDx profile and card should match.
If the student cannot find the option to upgrade the account, then either the deadline of the course has already passed or the course does not offer certificates at all.
The course registration cannot be done by learners belonging to one or more following countries or regions: Iran, Cuba and the Crimea region of Ukraine, due to license limitations.
If the candidate opts for a verified track, it unlocks features like a verified certificate, graded assessments and unlimited course access apart from the shared features with the audit track.
The course discussions can be done in the dedicated section for Discussions. The topic of discussion is selected by the course team and students will interact with each other.
