Course Overview

Certification Qualifying Details
Candidates who wish to acquire a digital certification in the course must upgrade their course/become an unlimited user. After that, the candidates must mark at least 90% of the course as well as attempt all the tests included in the course (if any). They also need to score a minimum of 70% on average on all the tests taken by them throughout the course.

Two instructors are allotted to the candidates for this course. They are Kun Zhang, who works as a lecturer at the School of Tourism and Service Management, Nankai University; and Carson Lewis Jenkins, who is the visiting professor at the College of Tourism and Service Management, Nankai University.

The candidates enrolled in this course can access this course by logging in to FutureLearn, and then selecting your learning by clicking on your profile picture in the top right of the page. After that, the candidates are just required to select the course they wish to access.
Some certificates are free, the list of which you can find on the FutureLearn website. For all other courses, the candidates need to upgrade their courses by paying a fee to obtain certifications.
There are no timings allotted for the course. The candidates can access the course lectures and study materials at their ease whenever and wherever they find the most convenient. New courses are available every Monday.
The procedures for free courses and upgraded courses are different. The candidates get three attempts for every question and only one chance to pass one test. If the candidates taking the free course fail a test, they must try again during the next run.
