PV Narasimha Rao Telangana Veterinary University, Hyderabad was established in 2014. PVNRTVU Hyderabad offers 2 UG courses, 16 PG courses and 15 doctoral courses. The university imparts education in different branches of Veterinary, Animal and Fishery Sciences and undertakes research and extension of sciences to the people of the State of Telangana.

The courses offered by the university are B.Tech Dairy Technology, B.V.Sc, M.V.Sc and PhD.
