Rashtriya Raksha University, (RRU) Gandhinagar is an Institute of National Importance that was established in the year 2010. RRU Gandhinagar is a pioneering National Security and Police University of India under the Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India. The university is recognised by the University Grant Commission (UGC).
Rashtriya Raksha University Gandhinagar offers 41 courses across the Law, Arts, Humanities and Social Sciences, Sciences, Engineering and Architecture streams at diploma, UG, PG and doctoral levels. Courses at Rashtriya Raksha University Gandhinagar are B.A., B.Tech Computer Science and Engineering, M.A., M.Sc, M.Com, L.L.M., M.Tech Cyber Security, P.G.D.and PhD.
Rashtriya Raksha University Gandhinagar admission to these courses is given to students if they meet the eligibility criteria for that course. Admissions to RRU Gandhinagar for most of the UG and PG courses (except B.Tech, M.Tech and L.L.M.) of the Rashtriya Raksha University Gandhinagar are given based on the merit of their qualifying examination and entrance examination scores. For B.Tech admission, preference is given to students with valid JEE Main rank. Similarly, for M.Tech admission, the university accepts GATE examination scores.

I'm angle I've completed my master degree in this college , this college infrastructure is good with good looking tall building and there is big college campus with more number of classrooms and also they are maintained neat and clean , then the well equipped labs and libraries .

It’s difficult to tell you the exact about your admission possibilities but as per the previous year cutoff as a general category the chance seems less to get a seat in NITs, IIITs & GFTIs however you can try for state counseling like Punjab, Haryana, MP, Etc.

B.Tech. Cyber Security is offered only at a select few colleges. Mostly it’s available as an integrated course.Tuition fee for B. Tech Cyber Security in Raksha Shakti University is Rs.6000. It is a 4 year course.You must have passed the Intermediate examination (10+2) of the Board of Intermediate Education with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics (PCM) as for admission into this course.
