The programme is 100% free of cost to learn and pursue. However, to avail of the City and Metropolitan Planning certification of completion from Swayam, candidates have to register for a final proctored exam by paying a specific fee amount. Once the payment is made, they will be allotted an exam center wherein they have to appear for this exam.
