M.Sc Microbiology at St Joseph's University, Bengaluru Offline Course

Candidates who have passed the three year Bachelor’s degree examination of Bangalore University or any other University considered as equivalent thereto by the Bengaluru Central University, with the respective subject as optional/major/special/main subject, are eligible for admission to the programmes provided they have secured a minimum of 40% marks in the aggregate of all the subjects (including English and Languages) and 50% marks in cognate subject or major subject.

a) B.Sc. degree in any Life Science Subject securing at least 50% marks in aggregate of all optional subjects (For graduates with  Single major program, an average of major and ancillary/ subsidiary subjects will be considered. For graduates with a triple major program average of all three subjects will be considered). 

b) In the absence of candidates in (a), Graduates in Agricultural Science,  Dairy Sciences,  Horticulture, Forestry, Fisheries, Pharmacy, Engineering (Biotechnology), Medicine / Dental or Agricultural Engineering, with 50% marks in the aggregate are eligible.
