In 2014, Pandit Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts, Rohtak was established. The college offers different courses in 2 distinct levels. Interested candidates can pursue courses in Fashion Designing, Direction and Screenplay Writing, Sound Recording and Sound Design and many more.

Pandit Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts available courses are BFA, BVA, B.Des, B.Arch at UG level MVA, M.Plan, PGD, MA, and M.Des at PG level. Admission into UG and PG courses is given based on merit acquired in the entrance exam conducted by the university and NATA/JEE Main scores are considered for B.Arch admissions. Pandit Lakhmi Chand State University of Performing and Visual Arts also called Dada Lakshmi Chand SUPVA or PLC SUPVA Rohtak is a state-government university and is approved as per Union Grants Commission norms.
