Health is a state of well-being for both individuals and communities; it is more than just the absence of disease. According to this definition, well-being includes physical, mental, behavioral, cultural, and spiritual health. Taking a holistic approach to the One Health paradigm enables us to bring together expertise from the natural and social sciences, as well as connect Western science with traditional Indigenous ways of knowing. Students will get an option to enroll in 2 of the tracks available on Edx. The free audit track offers limited access or they can choose to upgrade to a paid version which is the verified track.
